It is day 5. I am going to be honest, I am very sore…. everytime I walk my legs are creaking.
It’s a good kind of sore though, it lets me know that I am changing my body and I am getting stronger. I read somewhere yesterday that in order to make a change you must make a choice. I have made a decision to honor my body with exercise and healthy eating choices.
So far in this 5 day journey I have been watching my portions and have eliminated sugar (soda, chocolate, candy, brownies etc.)
The immediate result I have gotten is being sore. As the picture states… I rather be sore than sorry I didn’t make this change at all.
